Dream Dining Planner is made by launchby.ai LLC ("we" or "us"). This policy explains what information the app and this website collect, where it's stored and what it's used for.
What stays on your phone
The trip details you enter are stored on your phone: your dates and resort, your dining plan, the number of adults and kids in your party, your reservations, your schedule, your preferences, any dietary needs, and the meals you've marked as eaten. They leave your phone only if you share the trip (see below). The app doesn't ask for names, email addresses, birthdays or your location. Deleting the app deletes this information.
What the app sends to us
- Restaurant and menu updates. The app downloads the latest restaurant list, menus and dining plan rules from our server. These requests contain no information about you or your trip.
- Trip unlocks. When you unlock a trip, we store the purchase's transaction ID together with a random ID for that trip, so the unlock can be restored after a reinstall and carried over to a trip you share.
- Shared trips, if you choose to share. When you share a trip, we store a copy of its details on our server so that every phone with the link shows the same plan. Anyone with the share link can see and edit the trip, so only send it to people you trust. You can tap Stop sharing in the Trip tab at any time, which deletes the copy on our server, and we delete every shared trip automatically 30 days after its check-out date. Your phone keeps its copy of the trip in both cases.
- Reports you send. If you report something wrong, such as a closed restaurant, we receive what you wrote and which restaurant or item it's about.
Like any website or server, our hosting provider, Cloudflare, briefly processes the IP address and basic device information of each request to deliver it and protect against abuse. We don't use it to identify you.
The waitlist
If you join the waitlist on this website, we store your email address, the trip month and testing choice if you give them, and when you signed up. We use this information only to email you about Dream Dining Planner, for example when it launches or to invite you to test it. We never sell or share it. Each email includes an unsubscribe link, or you can email support@dreamdiningplanner.com to be removed.
Purchases
Purchases are made through Apple's App Store, and Apple handles your payment. We never see your name, Apple ID or payment details. We use RevenueCat to confirm purchases, and it receives an anonymous app user ID and your purchase history in the app. See Apple's privacy policy and RevenueCat's privacy policy.
Children
The app is meant for adults planning a family trip. It doesn't collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.
Deleting your information
Deleting the app removes everything stored on your phone. To delete a shared trip, use Stop sharing in the Trip tab. To delete an unlock record or your waitlist sign-up from our server, email support@dreamdiningplanner.com and we'll remove it.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update it here and change the date at the top. If a change affects information we already hold, we'll say so in the app.
